I ordered some expensive fabric from Fabric Carolina and they were amazing. Not only did they get my fabric to me very quickly but they were kind enough to ship it to my upholsterer’s shop which allowed him to get my chairs to me before Christmas. Due to my error the shipping was delayed but several people took the time and made the effort to contract me so they could get the fabric to me. Rarely today do companies provide such individualized service. I had previously ordered the sane fabric from a nationally known vendor back in early November and my order is still “in process”. If you need fabric high end or otherwise I would encourage you to use Fabric Carolina! They are a great company and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks To all the folks at FC who helped me get my fabric so my chairs could be redone for Christmas dinner ??Review from Martha M

FABRIC CAROLINA IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH! They have many wonderful fabrics from different companies, but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FABULOUS! It’s hard to find good companies today that have that personal touch! I AM A RETIRED DESIGNER SO REALLY APPRECIATE ALL FABRIC CAROLINA HAS TO OFFER. I strongly support them! In these days of Covid I was having a very hard time finding fabric to recover six parsons chairs, but I discovered your website and sent for a sample. Everything worked just as your site said it would: my sample arrived within three weeks and I ordered the day I received it/loved it. My order was delivered within a week! Your prices were extremely reasonable, both in comparison to other sites and on their own. I’m thrilled, thank you! ***** **

I ordered fabric and my credit card was charged yet the order information is not on my account or on their website. I have sent 2 emails and their message machine is full asking what is the status and why is it not on my account. They DO NOT reposed. At this point I would like a credit. I don't trust they will ever get the fabric and I still can find it elsewhere.Review from Melanie L

I ordered my fabric on a Monday and it was delivered to my house on Saturday that same week. They are fast and I even left 2 messages to ask them questions and they replied right back. I will be recommending to everyone that needs fabric. Company is fast and on the ball. Thank you John and Kristi.
