We were given this cleaning lady as a reference from a friend however unfortunately she did a shoddy job. The outside of the fridge is still grimey all over and she could have used a green scrubby with some Comet to get rid of the accumulated dirt on the handles! The stove still had dust on it and the bathrooms don't feel clean. I do not recommend this service. I don't know how this person stays in business and I am leery of all the positive reviews on her Facebook. Wasted our money.

Unfortunately , this review was written before the customer reached out to us. This was a misunderstanding between the husband, who booked the job, and the wife who wrote the review. The husband booked a cleaning of an empty residence they were moving into. He requested that only the 2 bathrooms, one ceiling fan in the living room, the stove and the fridge be cleaned. The price reflected the partial cleaning service. When the wife arrived she was not aware of the partial cleaning and this led to the review. When she reached out to us with her concerns we informed her of the partial clean, and that the price reflected that. During the cleaning service, the husband was sent before and after photos of the oven, fridge and ceiling fan, of which we still use on our instagram page for marketing material because the before and after were so drastic. In order to give the best customer service possible and assist this family in a stressful time we graciously offered a full refund, which they accepted. The customer told us she would remove her negative review immediately since it was written before she had all of the information and before she was given a full refund. However, we are seeing that over a year later this review was never removed, so we wanted to be sure to write the rest of the story. Due to this experience, we have changed our policy and no longer offer partial cleaning services.
