I placed an order on August 29. The status of my order has not changed since then. I ordered similar products from similar companies and have had the products for two or more weeks already. It seems they lost my order or aren't fulfilling it in a reasonable amount of time. I've emailed twice and left a voicemail but gotten no response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 5 items but did not receive 2 of the items. (Missing Nine Roses and Blush Twice III). I have emailed the company twice, received an automated reply each time, but no response. I have tried calling their ***** number, but it goes straight to a recording; no one ever picks up at that number. I received a delivered notice from the company, but the delivery was for one of the canvas prints - not the two in question that I have yet to receive. I contacted *** and they advised each item should have had its own tracking number if shipped in its own box. So the tracking # was not applicable to the 2 missing items because every item I have received from this company came in its own box. I called the number on the tracking info *** provided and it was an employee named ***** in the fulfillment center. He said he couldnt help me but would provide my info to customer service. I still havent heard anything. I want the items shipped to me or I want a refund for the entire amount that I paid.Initial Complaint

We placed an order and when it arrived they sent 2 orders. I have tried calling for 2 days and get a recording telling their business hours and then says the office is closed. I have responded to their contact information and get no reply. I called their ************ and it's constantly busy. I want to return the duplicate item and get a refund.Initial Complaint

This item was not delivered. **** tracking shows that it was returned to the company. You cannot reach anyone by calling Great Big Canvas at ************** at any time of day. Website says you can call from 9am to 5pm. They have not responded to my emails.Initial Complaint

Great Big Canvas offers poster purchase. Posters are delivered in triangle boxes instead of poster tubes. My order was damages following multiple deliveries. If you don't know how to deliver a poster, don't offer it.Initial Complaint

I ordered a framed print on June 27, 2024. It arrived damaged. I contacted the company three times by email and three times by phone. Even though the business hours are clearly stated, it routes to a generic answering machine. Although it says you can initiate a return or a replacement on their website, There is no available option for me to return my item. The order number is Order #***-6375. The seller is completely unresponsive
