  Nature of the dispute: workmanship is poor, the decking boards are buckling because they were not installed correctly, the job was not finished and the contractor has scheduled to come out and fix it under his warranty (confirmed by him) multiple times and not shown up. The scheduling and not showing up happened multiple times while the work was being completed as well. (I have all those text messages but they are too big to attach) This was after he could not provide me with receipts that matched our payments and not being able to provide us with an explanation of why the final bill that was due was almost double what we agreed upon.

  The contract scope approved by you was completed with upgrades with a 10 year structural warranty and a 1 year estetic warranty. My homeowners only approve per contract and change orders at their request and sign off with documentation provided and available as you know for your records, if any additional documentation is needed please reach out to me personally and I will be at your service asap. I honored the warranty past the contract agreement, sending my carpentry crew recently to address the adjustments necessary due to seasonal changes with exterior products which was completed. I want to apologise that my responses are not as fast as you deserve but I am moving as fast as I can to make you happy. I would very much appreciate you to email me as soon as its convenient so i can take care of your requests as right away ******.   I am rejecting this response because: I want a date and time that *** will come out and fix it. We have repeatedly asked for this and multiple times we have set it up he has not come out or the request has been ignored. It is not true that he has honoured his warranty as the buckling slats are not aesthetic. It is because they were not installed correctly which he has not come out and looked at himself.
