I had a crown put in at the ****** location. I subsequently had a deep-scale cleaning and after the cleaning noticed that a tooth was loose. On my follow-up visit, I was told by the hygenist that she did it while cleaning but it could be fixed and would be fixed free of charge. When the appointment was made to correct the problem the dental assistant suggested that I go to the **** office because she was not comfortable with the new dentist as he was brand new and did not want him to mess up my expensive relatively new crown. This practice had gone through several dentists in a relatively short period of time. I made an appointment and when I left my appointment with no treatment I was amazed that I was given a treatment plan to fix the problem that would cost almost 4k. I was told that I would be given partial credit for the crown I had paid for but they couldnt tell me how much until they reached out to the ****** office to see how much I had paid. Supposedly I was to hear from them on the following Monday becasue the ****** office was closed on Fridays which was the day of my appointment at the **** office. I never receivedd a call so several days later I reached out and was told they would get back with me shortly. It never happened. Bottom line they did not corrct the problem they created or aggravated nor did I get a partial credit. To add insult to injury i revceived a bill saying i owed 11.00
