I never provided this business with my email address. Despite many attempts to unsubscribe, they call and email constantly.Business response

Hello ****,
Thank you for bring up this concern but at one time or another you were interested in business capital.
As far as unsubscribing you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and you will be off within ***** hours.
You can also call in, and we will unsubscribe you right away.

We have AI powered marketing, at some point or another within the past 36 months our database shows you were in the market for a business loan, even if you did a search online or even spoke about it which your cell phone will pickup keywords.
Lastly, I discovered your email is not in our database, if their is an additional email please call in and we will unsubscribe immediately. Their are many businesses in demand for our capital as it accelerates growth and we don't want to continue marketing to you if you no longer in demand.

I am rejecting this response because:So, let me get this straight.You're saying that my cell phone carrier, T-Mobile, is eavesdropping on my conversations and handing over the relevant information to help fuel your marketing efforts? Thats a bold claimand an illegal one if true. Honestly, it sounds more likely that you fished my contact information from the dark web.

Every day I get an email from ******; I have asked "******" numerous times to put me on the do not contact email list, but still, like clockwork, here we are again, getting another email from ******. I have attached a photo of the conversation that we had a while ago about putting me on the do not contact list, this still has not been followed, and as I said before, I was going to write to BBB about this behavior! Also, it appears that his partner ********************* has also been sending me emails as well lately. Again, I have requested to be removed from his list, and still here we are still receiving the same emails again and again.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I have called to complain about the amount of emails that I have received and it's all the same email address. Their customer support team was not helpful either as I am still getting emails from their team members. I only have one email address that is relevant to this complaint and they're using two or three of their employees accounts. Again, I am asking that I am removed from all correspondence. There is no reason why I should have to not only email but call their customer support line, which again, said that I was going to be removed and yet, I'm still on their list for emails.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This is only if and when I am not contacted by this company again in the future. In which case, I will open another BBB Complaint in the future.

The company is continually spamming, a dedicated email for use by members of mensa trying to sell some services. So far they are refusing to comply with do not spam requests. We are asking for them to cease and desist on spamming that email box, and provide us the source where they acquired this email address so we can get it removed from that source.Business response

Understood, any business that we email has expressed interest in obtaining working capital in the past. We understand that our marketing efforts can no longer apply to businesses as time goes by. For almost a year, I have been receiving unsolicited e-mail from this company with promises of prequalified business loans. I have never subscribed to the company's services or signed up for e-mail. I generally get these e-mails 3-4 times per week. I have reported them to the owner of their e-mail server (Mailjet.com) but no action has been taken. A recent example is attached (e-mail source file with full headers); they are sent from multiple e-mail addresses at the same company. multiple times every week, I get email from them. Most are from ******, but that isn't the only name used. I have never ever asked for a quote or asked to receive these emails. I have tried to unsubscribe and I have tried sending ****** an email asking to be removed from their distribution list. All to no avail. I WANT THEM TO STOP EMAILING ME!!!!! AFTER GOING THROUGH THE APPLICATION PROCESS WITH ******* *****, WE WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT GET A LOAN FOR 30,000 BUT HAD TO GET ONE FOR $50.000. *** AGREED, AND THE LOAD PROCESSED WITH THE LOANER BEING *********. ***** TOLD *** THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE THREE PAYMENT OF 831.00 DALLORS IN ONE WEEK THEY VIP CAPITOL WOULD BUY BACK THE LOAN AND MAKE **** PAYMENTS AROUND $888.00 PER MONTH. *** AGREED, THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHEN VIP CAPITAL WAS TO BUY US OUT, *** ***** CALLED US AND TOLD US THAT THERE WAS NO MONEY TO BUY US OUT WITH, AND THAT THEY HAD ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BUY OUT OUR LOAN.
