My husband's funeral was at this business and I called to ask for a cost statement for my stepson to show him the amount paid for his father's funeral and the person that I spoke with told me no and hung up on me. I also sent an email to them and didn't receive a response. I would like a copy of the bill from them?Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/03/18) */ Please know that ****** ****** is no longer the manager here at *********** and that is why we have not responded before now regarding this complaint. Mr. ****** left our company 4-5 years ago. Please address any mail or emails to me, **********, Manager, *******************. *******, NC *****, *********************. I spoke to Mrs. ******* regarding this matter. We pulled the account ledger from over 10 years ago and we could not issue her a "paid in full statement" as she requested, because she did not pay us in full at the time of her husband's death. She was told once our balance was paid in full that we would be glad to issue her the requested document or statement.
