This is the most non professional office I have ever went to. Having MS, I go to ALOT of Drs. The moment I walked in the door at 1st I was ignored. Then, when she was done on her Cell phone she asked if I had a mask. I didn't. She said I can pay $2.00 for one. So I want to may car and got one. Asking for my information it was like talking to my hormonal teenager. She was snarky and rude. She had pig tails. Looked and acted like she was 12. She spoke in that manner too. As I was filling out my information she asked me to put on my mask. I told her I can't because I cant see w out my glasses and w the mask, it foggy, I can't see the paperwork. Meanwhile the staff in not wearing mask and I'm in the left side of the waiting room by myself. Then prisoners in cuffs and shackles walk in with guards. 4 of them. Another girl came out demanding I Put on a mask so I did. I was now done w my paperwork. Then a Dr. ***** out starts yelling and shouting at me telling me, Masks are manditory, again, I have mine in now and staffers are not wearing them). He told me to leave. They are not seeing me. This Dr., he is wearing clothes that made him look homeless, fuzz in his hair and rude! I left. I'm glad I was kicked out, I wasn't going to stay now having to side in a room full of prisoners all chained up...

I was Harrased and Bullied by employee's.

I was told I have to by an unwrapped mask from a bulk box taken out of the box by the receptionist bare handed inorder to get paperwork. Those masks are not to be individually sold for one. Secondly the staff is not wearing masks. So I went to my car and for my own.

I was yelled at and told to leave even though I went to my car , got my mask and had it on after 8 filled out my paperwork.

I was mistreated from the moment I walked in the door.

Prisoners came in (4 of them) in chains and shakels, with armed guards, given masks. I'm being treated like a criminal,  but sitting next to convicts. I have never in my life delt with such an ordeal.  I should not have to be Bullied and spoken to as I was. I'm a tax paying citizen. Literally,  criminals were treated better than I was.

      They lack customer service.

No one should have to pay $2.00 for a bulk mask not individually wrapped handed to ypu by staff, not wearing a mask. Those mask are not ment for individual sale. If a drs office in requiring mask now that it's not a law, mask should be provided. Or have individually packed masks for sale. THEY ARE PRICE GOUGING THEIR CLIENTS WITH CONTAMINATED MASKS.

They should have off hours where they give medical attention to inmates . No one should have to sit next to multiple chain and  Shackled and their armed guards.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.  I have MS and I go to alot of Drs. This one takes the cake.

I notified my insurance company that I was not treated,  infact I was kicked out of the office.

It seems very odd to me that someone would complain about my practice, just because they didn't like our mask mandate. The other complaints listed, had nothing to do with the reason that they did not like us asking them to wear a mask. Everything started with my staff asking them to wear a mask and it was an issue right after this request. I will not comment on all of the other complaints listed, however I will say that we see ALL patients, whether they are African American, Caucasian, Hispanic, etc, or even if they are INCARCERATED. It is an oath we took.  However I am glad we now have a name, since it seems this person went downstairs to our parking and turned over our garbage can and threw and spread garbage over our parking lot. This was all caught on camera, which we have our and our patients safety. We can't make all patients happy, but we try. The ones that are not happy, can go see someone else to their liking, especially if they will complain and lie about their treatment. We both will be better off.
