      Paid them $204.96 USD equal to $281.72 CAD on June 29, 2023. To date (September 6th), I have received nothing of what I ordered from them, I have not received any explanation of why products have not arrived, havent returned emails. They are impossible to get a hold of. I want my money back please.

      Monday, January 2nd, I asked Eternal Clear to refund my money and cancel my order. The company has neither validated my request nor followed up regarding this issue. One employee did reach out and state that she forwarded the request to her employer, who would confirm the cancellation. It is not January 23rd, and I got an email stating that my items are being shipped. This company is a scam. They don't want to lose money, so they ignore my request to make a profit. Please help me by asking them to return my money.

      Ordered products, company has a no questions refund policy. They would not initially provide return information. Eventually did, I followed all the return steps and have confirmation they received the return. They have not provided a refund.

      On March 14,2022, I ordered an Eternally Care product which is described as Microdermabrasion forever. The video and description was described well and I thought that it will help me. I paid by ******. When the product arrive after 2+ weeks, it wasn't what was described on their site. It's like a very small plastic material that came from the Dollar store. It cost me $79 C for this item. Very unsatisfactory, and I wasn't happy and decided to return it. I went and mailed it by ****** Post with tracking which cost me$29.50. I made contact with Eternal Clear to let them know about this. The phone on their website kept Ringing with no answer. I sent several emails thru their support on line. The response was they received it but no follow up. I asked for a refund and sent them a copy of tracking of the product returned. The tracking showed that it was delivered. Eternal Clear obviously does not want to give me a refund for the returned Unused product. Eternal Clear shouldn't be in business. It is clear that they are not a good company and I warn other customers on line NOT to Trust or Buy any product from them to avoid losing their money. I would like a refund of this unused returned product. I would very much appreciate if Better Business Bureau can help me. Thank you and I appreciate the help. **************

      I ordered the product on November 23rd and received it December 26 2021. Upon receiving it I wanted to believe the company's claims that it worked. However after over a month of use it does nothing more than light up and offers no benefits. I believe the product to be completely non functional and a scam. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and was denied and my follow up emails have been ignored. I am quite upset because I was misled to believe the product worked and it was a complete waste of money. The phone number listed on their website does not work and it is impossible to contact anyone beyond the agent who received my email and is now not responding.

      I placed an order for TWO ITEMS with Eternal Clear on January 15, 2022. Their website does indicate they are located in the US with a US phone number and address that's why I placed an order. Under Shipping & Returns, it says we will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your order. It also says for US orders, it will take 2-3 days to 95% of the US and 5-7 days for all other locations. After I placed an order, I got a confirmation email with a note stating "Your order will arrive in 7-10 business days after shipping. It will take an additional 7 days if your item was not in stock and was pre-ordered." No note on how long shipping will take but since their website stated above, I just waited. I emailed them on Feb 02 asking for the status of my order. They replied that there is a delay due to Winter and COVID that we have had for 2 years now. I ordered from multiple companies after placing an order with them and I received ALL my orders from those companies except them. I got upset because they did not update me and I had to email them to ask for an update. I emailed them again on Feb 04 stating that I no longer want the items because they are taking too long and to refund me. They did not reply back. I emailed them again on Feb 09. I got upset & said I will report them to BBB & file a dispute. Then the next day, they sent me an email that the first item was shipped but the second item has not been shipped yet and if I want to cancel the second item, I will have to pay $15.99. They said they have a policy about this. That policy would have been fine IF the shipping will not take forever. The info on their website is MISLEADING. I got a tracking number showing the items are shipped on Feb 10 AND are coming from CHINA! I ordered from them thinking the items are from the USA & will be shipped from the USA within days. They should indicate PRIOR to placing an order about the TRUE shipping time & where the items will be coming from which is CHINA!

      I'm still waiting to receive the wand after almost 3 months! Meanwhile, I purchased other products that do similar things since this product just wasn't turning up, so I contacted customer service and said it's been too long, please respectively cancel and refund. According to the agent "*************", this cannot be done. A quick ****** search reveals that "*************" from Eternal Clear is nowhere to be found... And their CEO can only be found on LinkedIn, but her profile can't be viewed at all, which strikes me as very odd. This cost me over $100 and for something I've never received and after this amount of time no longer need, they refuse to refund me.

      I bought a product from them for a friend and found out that because of a medical reason, it can't be used. I asked to return the item and was told that it can only be returned if it's defective. On their website it says it can be returned if not used. However, they won't honor it.

      I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Their homepage states free 2 day shipping on orders above $100, which it was. I needed it for a gift. When I got the receipt email, it stated 7-10 days for delivery. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order. They said they couldn't cancel it but would accept a return. Once I received the order, I contacted them to return it, since their website doesn't have their address posted or directions on how to do returns. The customer service person who I have been emailing with claims someone will email me a return label, but nobody has. We have been emailing back and forth for a couple of weeks already. Pretty soon it will be too late to make a return.
