I've been a customer smartstop Self Storage since June of 2021 I have kept them in the loop at all times and I paid my monthly charges here and there there was a late fee which was usually never waived, once perhaps only as a one time courtesy. I have never been in a lien situation and I have been in contact with a particular woman ***** who knows me very well I've had a rapport with her since the very inception when I first moved my things into facility and I wish very much to leave and they will not give me a break or even waive or or pay to vacay where they can give me a 50% reduction on my monthly charge so they want to put me in the lien status I've been with them for so long and this is how they treat me they are deplorable and they're disgusting company I wouldn't ever use them if I were you? Customer service is an abomination!!!!!! For those of you who ever thinking of moving into that facility I strongly suggest you do not they don't work with you on anything they don't give you options if you are in any hardship situation they don't care about their customers I'm not surprised, they're not BBB ACCREDITED. That's a bad sign right there. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
