Wouldnt advise doing business with a *****. I would advise you are 100% set on purchasing anything from this company before submitting payment as you will not receive a full refund UNLESS it is for store credit.I placed an order after operating business hours, within 3 hours of placing that order I had sent an email wanting to cancel the order. Next morning on a Saturday the owner replied to email at 6am before operating hours and explains that I can either get 100% store credit or pay 25%. There is no way that my order was completed or even started on. In the wild chance that it was completed, my order is not a custom order so materials used very well could have been used for the next order.The owner even brags about taking someones money after customers returned ********************. 100% recommend reading reviews and doing business with a company that doesnt steal peoples ******** overall opinion on this business based off my experience and seeing other reviews is this company is a scam.

Per our terms and conditions as agreed to upon purchase state a full refund via store credit or a 15% cancelation fee which is on par with many many other companies. All orders are built to buyer specs so they are custom builds. The statements of we brag are completely false and untrue. That is unprofessional and just not something we do. This review is purely to bash our company because the buyer was unhappy about our cancelation fee. Adding false statements that are untrue just shows what type of individual he is. We run a very professional company that produces and awesome quality product.

I wish what I was saying was false and untrue. I have several screenshots of owners responses to MANY negative ****** reviews about him bragging about keeping peoples money and his rude and unprofessional responses. This business is truly a scam and you can clearly see that with how many negative reviews hes received in the last 2 weeks alone. Wish there was some integrity with this business owner but that doesnt seem to be the case. The 15% that he kept of mine was due to products use to complete my order which shouldnt have even been started due to my request to cancel order and the timeline of owners responses.

Stay as FAR AWAY from this company as possible.If I could give them a no star review I would. A work colleague had an awful experience with this company and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. I should have listened to the reviews. I had ordered an IWB holster on august 6. It only shipped on September 3 . This is after texting back and forth with them and being assured that the product would be shipped multiple times and then eventually being told that it had shipped on August 29 which it was not. When asking for tracking information I was told it would be sent to my email which it was not and then ghosted when I reached out again asking for the tracking info. I had specifically asked for the order to be cancelled and to issue me a refund to which I got no reply. After a month of waiting for a sub par kydex holster it finally arrived after multiple requests for the order to be cancelled before the product had shipped. I reached out yet again only to be told that no refunds can be issued according to policy. The policy also states that orders shall be shipped within ***** working days which mine was not. They are liars and should be ashamed of the way they conduct "business". I wish I could complain about the service more but the fact is there isn't any service to complain more about.Before the owner replies to this review as they have to previous warranted one star reviews trying to blame the customer for their terrible service. I have screenshots of all the correspondence and of the shipping times as per *****Again stay as far away as you can from this company , you are better off with a less expensive better quality holster from one of the many local holster manufacturers, that actually care about their clientele.

Our apologies you have had a negative experience with our company. Sometimes things in life come up that are out of our control and you just make to make do with what your dealt. I dont need to go into detail as these are very personal matters but again our apologies. We wish you the best and enjoy your holster!

Notice how every single 5 star review on the bbb page was left the exact same day? If you want real reviews of this scammer go read comments on ****** or ***** Worst service I've ever experienced. Look at his reply to every single negative comment and you'll see what I mean. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this clown

This review is in regards to other comments and not this persons experience as we do not have an order from a **************** or his associated email address! He doesn't comment with an actual experience with TR Holsters but rather post negative comments from what others might have said. This is nothing more than an individual bashing our company based on others opinions.

Very poor customer service. There was a disputed return and the owner kept my money and the holster.

Buyer purchased a ***************** for a Glock 19. He opened a return on **** requesting a G17 and only sends the holster back. The buyer is required to send all items back which he did not. **** did not refund for the return as he admitted to only sending the holster back. Buyer then opens multiple false claims on PayPa. One for item not received that tracking shows delivered. The second was item not as described. With documentation from the buyer stating he did receive as ordered and tracking showing delivered these were both decided in our favor. This is nothing more than a retaliatory review as hes done so on ****** and our website. We can provide the necessary documents from the PayPal claim showing the buyer made false accusations.
