I purchased a service from this business, I also sent photo's of myissue's and pointed them out in our conversation and asked specifically if I was a candidate for the service they were promoting. I stated in my inquiry if the service they were offering would accomplish the desired results and they specifically said yes, and they would be able to achieve what they were promoting despite my issues. I have printed copies of our correspondence via ******** messenger along with the before picture and the after picture of my results. I also had the procedure done in the commonwealth of ******** and I have been unable to find any information about whether or not this company has a license to practice in ********. I am wanting a refund because I feel this company is scamming people by misleading them under claims they literally cannot guarantee even though they say they can to capitalize monetarily on people, which is wrong. I will send the conversation between the company and myself as soon as I figure out how to download it, or I can personally mail it to you. Thank you.Business response

Client paid for service after ahead was able to look in the mirror. If she was not happy with results she had the ability to not pay. We only accept payments after the service is rendered.Business response

Ma'am, you were in a restroom... alone with a mirror. Bc we have video footage from the event when everyone goes to the restroom. We have absolutely no control over how long you took in the restroom. You were even joking with my assistant when you paid for your service. Either way this correspondence is done. We did our jobs.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I was in a bathroom in very dim lighting and in a hurry because you started my appointment 30 minutes late, and I wasn't joking with her, I asked what the stuff was in the bags, she told me what it was and the price, I said beforehand that those packages should be free. That was my full response. No matter how you try to spin this, you said in the message you could whiten my gum area, and you didn't! I asked before I made the appointment if you could do whiten it or should I see a dentist, and you said you could whiten it. Now you are saying something completely different, as I told you I didn't want to waste my money and that's exactly what happened, because your excuse is now I needed to see a dentist, you could have said that to me in the message and before you got started. You saw my teeth and if you know teeth like you say you do, you would have known that you weren't able to whiten them properly to my standards as I stated in our earlier message. It just show's that all you wanted was the money and that's it. Thank you!

The company I have a complaint about promises to whiten your teeth 6 shades but their service provided no improvement to my teeth. I drove 40 minutes away to get this service and wasted my time and money. I texted the company after getting into my car and reviewing their work and was unsatisfied. The response was them sending me my before and after pictures. I told them that it appeared the bright lighting device on their camera creates the illusion of a bright smile. They responded that they use the light because of dimly lit rooms and to get a better picture. Later in the day after I gave the company a negative google rating, someone reached out and asked what my issue was. It may have been the same person I texted before, which may have been the gentleman conducting the service. I told them my complaint and the person kept asking me why didn’t I call them or come back if I was unsatisfied. I asked the person why didn’t they ask me to come back when I already told them I wasn’t happy. That’s the gist of everything. It appeared that we were going to go in circles and I didn’t want to do that. That is why I am voicing my concern and dissatisfaction here. I feel I have just thrown away money and I am very unhappy. It is unfair for a company to advertise and promise something and not deliver. I did not call the number I had because the number was that of the person conducting the service and I didn’t want to interrupt or cause a scene by going back into the room where the service was being done.Business response

We provide a cosmetic service. If the client wasn't happy with the results they did not have to pay for the service... he was given ample opportunity to look over the work done and even held our sign for promotion to show how happy he was with the results.Business response

Hello, and that's fine. You are more than welcome to reject it. But due the nature of our event and the services all payments are final. We provide you with before and afters at the time of servicebl which showed the change of color of your teeth. For all we know you could eaten something inside of the 30 min window that caused restaining. And we didn't receive a message from you about your service until 6hours later. Have a blessed day. I am rejecting this response because:
what has been stated by the company is simply u true. The attachment shows record of my text message to King of Pearls with a time stamp of 12:49 pm. My appointment was at noon and the procedure takes 30 minutes. So there was no way I had eaten something to restain my teeth. The company knows this and never once told me to come back to get another treatment or offer a refund for a procedure that did not work. The company never stated there was a chance the product would not work, but only that there was a guarantee to make my teeth 6 whole shades whiter. I’m very offended and disappointed.Sincerely,
