8-10-24, the amount charged ******, business promised per advertisement to provide clean tenable hotel, business did not try to resolve. On 8-9-24 (after 12am) I arrived at the hotel I hoped to stay for 5 days, I requested non smoking and 2 beds. The fumes of smoking met me at the top of the steps and my bed smelled like smoking; it was so unpleasant, the bed had 18 legs underneath as thought it was for heavy folk sleeping, When I arrived it was a very poor hotel. Which I didn't want to stay at, It was after 12am and we had traveled a long while so we reluntenly stayed. The room had a large refrigerator which was loud and a replica of a sink and cabinets old and in bad shape. no closet, and floor tiles all cracked, room was unclean and looked unsafe, and no elevator ( i am a 72 year old 130 lbs that had a very large suitcase) this looked like a place for people that were dislocated or homeless. I felt unsafe and the sheets on the bed appeared that someone else slept on them I spoke to the front desk **************, advising I wanted to leave, he said he could not help me. I left the next morning before 10am and gave the keys back to the front desk they advised me that I left on my own they had not thrown me out and would not refund any of my money. 8-20-2024 I contacted the front desk again, and they said again, we will not refund your money we don't care what you say, the young lady would not give her name but claimed to be the front desk manager, very rude I went to another hotel, which was safe and would like to be reimbursed for the 4 days I didn't stay.This is not a place for anyone, I made a mistake and don't want anyone else to do the same.
