****** was hired through thumb tack to put flooring and trim in 3 bedrooms, a hallway and master bath. We asked him if he could make back steps and he said yes so we agreed to that. We asked if he could widen to door ways to accommodate my wheelchair and he said yes. We asked if he could put in a handicap shower and he said yes. He never said he would have any problems doing the work. He said he could install a new water heater. However, there is trim missing or loose in all the rooms, he broke pipes under the house and didnt install the drain properly. The shower pan is sloped incorrectly. The shower bench he was paid to make and install was not done. As a handicapped person I was counting on these repairs to be done so I could move into my home. There was no running water going to the shower. He left wires exposed and hot so that the light in the bath didnt work. He didnt widen one of the doors. His team messed up outlets. I had to hire an electrician and a plumber and spend thousands of dollars to get his mistakes and negligence fixed. I have everything in texts and have pictures of everything he messed up plus the receipt s from the electrician and plumber.the steps are not finished or attached. Ive asked him to stand behind his work as he has already been paid and he refuses.Customer response

Condition of plumbing was extremely bad, (see pics)
we hired a plumber and **** refused to pay for first $750 fee, I couldn't send my reccomended plumber back for free again.
The one electric outlets we worked around had a broken cover and the inside was not attached to box. We quoted a price for repair, she tried talking free repairs and I said no.
The trim is not loose, there was an 8ft piece unattached, lots of furniture covered area and was forgotten. All materials were purchased for floor in 3bedrooms, a bath and hallway that I provided and installed.
We did install a water heater, no complaint
Did build 3 walls.
Did purchase 2 doors and was paid to install one.
Steps are attached, materials were purchased. Posts set.
We were not paid to move furniture, or remove trash.
We agreed to over $1,000 discount at end of project to end business.
