      I ordered a meal with sauce on the wings and two sides. I did not get what I paid for. I contacted the store and the owner was not willing to fix the issue and was very rude. I asked her could I return the meal for a refund and she stated she does not take food back. This business have inflated their prices and I paid their price however I don’t like spending my hard earned money and with rude and nasty customer service and not getting what I paid for. I am looking for a full refund and I will never step foot on this property. This is robbery.

      My name is Gina (******* *******), I am the co-owner of Christo's Family Restaurant in Salisbury, NC. We received the complaint from Mrs. ***** that was submitted to BBB. 

      Mrs. ***** refers to the inflation of our prices, over the past 2 years consumer goods have increased nationwide and we have increased our menu prices to offset the increased cost of goods we purchase and sell. National chains and independently owned businesses nationwide are increasing menu prices to ensure they are able to keep their doors open. 

      Mrs. ***** called in to complain about her order, but we do not take food back or offer refunds on orders. The complaint submitted to the BBB does not explain what was wrong with the order or any detailed information. If we refunded money to every customer that had a vague complaint and asked for unwarranted refunds we would not be in business. We stand by our food & service, and will continue to be a staple in the Salisbury community with a stellar reputation that we have worked to build over the past 27 years.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Whether it’s inflation or not please still choose to spend their hard earned money with your business. Without the customers you would not be where you are today. You don’t fix your mistakes, you don’t offer refunds, you don’t take food back so how do you rectify issues? I was offered nothing. The food was not eatable and you get to keep my money? It sounds like robbery to me. And actually you don’t have a good reputation according to your reviews. I just thought I would give you a chance that day. And the reviews were proven true. I want be back and I will continue to spread the word of my experience here. It must be nice to sit back and serve food however you want and takes peoples money.
