Do not trust this company! They send unsolicited contracts to landowners, offering Pennies on the $ and a quick sale date to the owner. A lot of companies are involved in buying up the land of unaware Americans only to make hundreds of thousands if not millions when they resell it to folks like ******************* and the Chinese and if they keep it they make millions developing it. Its unbelievable! Do not sell them your property!Review from ELIZABETH L

I have received solicitations from this company before but always in my name. Recently received another solicitation with my address and another couple's name. I can't reach anyone personally by phone or email to ask why is this couple's name attached to a solicitation for property that belongs to me. Was this a mistake on their part or a scam to steal my property through them? Silence. No answer.Review from Kimberly R

I received an unsolicited letter from Reelvest Properties wanting to purchase my property for way below market value. This letter included my parcel number and amount of property. It also came with a live contract that only needed signed and returned. This is not a safe way to do business due to the fact that my mail could be lost or stolen and my name forged. This letter also states that any mineral rights go along with the property. I think this company needs to be forced to stop this practice. I also want all of my information destroyed by this company and never to be contacted again.Review from Tina T.

This fake company has sent me a letter stating that they would like to buy my property. A blank contract was sent in the mail including the offer price that Reelvest included is approximately 1/3 of current tax value. This company should not be sending said contracts through the mail. This is a dangerous scamming practice that threatens the security and personal property. I want to be removed from Reelvest Properties database/email/mailing/contact list. DO NOT SHARE OR SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. The price they "offered" me was $15,240 for over 10 acres of land with a pond and house. Reelvest Properties in *******, ** keeps sending me letters saying they want to buy my properties. They send a blank contract saying they want to close quickly. The selling price is considerably less than assessment. I am not selling and wish they would quit sending these letters.Review from Jeffrey S

Reelvest Poperties has sent me unsolicited letter stating that they would like to buy my property. More importantly, with the unsolicited letter, a blank contract is sent in the mail including the offer price that Reelvest included is approximately 1/3 of current tax value. This company should not be sending unsolicited blank contracts through the mail. This is a highly dangerous practice that threatens the security and personal property. Desired Outcome: I want to be removed from Reelvest Poperties database/email/mailing/contact list. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT SHARE OR SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
