The ABSOLUTE WORST pet service in the entire world of animal hospitals. My appointment was scheduled at 10:20am, we got there at 10:35 due to car accident on road and they turned us down. There is a 15minute grace ****** and we met the ******. Every time we go here, the cost is ten times more than should be as they add on tons of medicines or shots or different anything. Staff is NOT FRIENDLY at all

We recognize that you were unsatisfied with our hospital's policy that appointments must be rescheduled if the owner arrives after the time that their appointment is more than halfway over. Clients who actually arrive within the leeway of the grace ****** are seen when they arrive as it is in the best interest of the pet and our business to successfully complete appointments as scheduled. We do reschedule appointments of people who arrive outside of the grace ****** out of respect to clients who have appointments scheduled after a late arriving appointment. All clients are presented with a written estimate of the cost of services. This estimate is customized to the needs of your pet and to the owners desires. The pet owner signs the estimate before services are performed so that no one is surprised by the cost of services.It is our goal to treat all people and their pets compassionately and professionally. ****** has been employed with Johnston Animal Hospital for over a decade. We are proud to have her on our team as she exemplifies our hospital's desire to treat everyone with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Not every person appreciates this policy. Anyone who has held a public-facing job is aware that the public can choose to act and speak inappropriately. People who choose to yell and curse at our team members are asked to change their behavior. Those who opt not to change their behavior are welcome to seek care elsewhere.
