All vehicles and drivers are licensed and insured. Fare is reasonable and price is given over the phone. Slight discount if paid in cash. My party was picked up within 10 minutes and van was clean. Drivers are professional and friendly. Great service and much needed in this area.Review from Jason G

I got this company name from the front desk at *********. This company uses extremely questionable business practices. On a Saturday, we used this company for a ride from ********* to *** ******* **** **** Course - ******* was the driver (I think he also owns the company). Not thinking much about the crazy price we just paid ($120 + $10 tip) to get to the golf course for a 30 minute ride, we made the mistake of booking this company for a ride to the airport from ********* for the next day. I was asked to provide a credit card for securing the reservation, along with an email address for the booking confirmation. Two hours later my phone alerts me of a $384 !!!!! charge while we were golfing. I immediately called ******* from the 18th tee box, to tell him that price was outrageous, and I wanted to cancel it. He told me I would be charged $75 for the cancellation fee, as was communicated in the "agreement" that he emailed me. You can't send someone an agreement and expect it to be legally binding. Also, there was NO mention of a cancellation fee, and there was no price quote given. I told him to refund me, and said the same in my email reply rejecting the contract, and asking for a refund. Just like **** * (the other review on BBB), I have been charged the full ride ($384) and not seen a refund. I will be calling **** to dispute this, and will get it all back, but this company operates with terrible practices. Seriously, this company shouldn't be in business, and the hotel at ********* should NOT be promoting this company.Review from Carl T

We contacted then to drive us to the airport in *******,NC from **************. They charged us $170 . We called back and cancelled since we found another lower cost service.
As of April 26, they have not refunded our $170 for not providing any service. Our credit card co. contacted them on March 7. They still did not return our funds.
