  I initially brought my car in to get the ** compressor fixed. I had no other issues with my car other than that. The day after I pick my car up my car starts overheating when I use the ** (never did this before). I called the business and they refuse to accept any responsibility and now I am having to pay another $700 to get this repaired even though it's a direct result of their negligence. If my water pump was broken or messed up beforehand then they would have stated that. I also brought the care to meineke before going there and they never mentioned anything about the water pump even though they did a diagnostic on the car

  customer waited a week and a half and 600 miles to call about car running hot not next day. vehicle was in for ac work we were never asked or did we have permission to look at anything else.

   

  1st work was 6-24-22  brought in for running hot 7-8-22. the two different thing done have nothing to do with the other, if water pump was bad when he was in out shop

  for a/c work he would not of made it 600 miles

  I am rejecting this response because:

  I told them I was driving out of town the day I picked it up. If I were in town when I had issues then I would have taken the car back in. My car had never over heated until they touched it and it was literally the next day. I was able to add coolant but that was only a temporary solution. They arent close to where I live so its about trying to find time to take my car there with my work schedule because they are closed on the weekends. I ended up having to have my car towed there. It cant be a separate issue when my car was only overheating when I used the ** (which they repaired). I took my car to meineke before them to have a diagnostics ran and no mention of water pump was ever brought up

   the customer came in for a a/c compressor we did what we were ask to do. customer says car ran hot next day but he waited 1 1/2

  weeks and 600 miles to call us about car running hot. the a/c job and the water pump do not work together. we were never asked to look at car for running hot

  I am rejecting this response because:I initially filed a complaint about this company last year and they lied to you guys. I brought my car initially into the shop on 6/24/22 to have the ** fixed. Ever since they touched my car I have had nothing but problems. I spent $683.84 on /24/22 to have the ** fixed. The next day the engine started overheating while driving with the ** on. I was out of town and was able to drive the car by having to keep putting coolant in. On 7/8/22 I brought the car in again because the engine was overheating and spent another $718.77. Then on 9/23/22 I brought the car in again and spent another $349.76. Fast forward to 4/26/23 and the check engine light comes on because I am having the same issue with the engine overheating. I had my car towed to their shop and they said it's nothing they did and charged me $26.75 to check the car out for me. Fast forward to 5/26/23 my cars engine is overheating again and this time I took it to AAA. They ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and advised what was wrong with it. I sent them the invoice from 7/8/22 for $718.77 and they stated it was the same issue. So Norman Tire & Auto lied to me about what was wrong with my car when I brought it to them on 5/26/23. I will provide invoices and the last picture was the diagnostic ran from AAA and you will see that the issue occurring is what should have been repaired by Norman Tire & Auto. I don't trust Norman to fix the issue because I have had to bring the car to them so many times

  This customer says it was 2 days after we worked on the air condition system is car ran hot, it was 2 weeks and 700 miles later and it ran hot because water pump was leaking, these 2 things have NOTHING to do with each other. This case was closed once already .we did the water pump and 3 months witch is still working fine, after that his car had a coolant leak it was a water outlet again another issue make 3 different things. he has been trying for almost year to pull this false claim
