      I have contacted the company several times via email to get a itemized statement of services for the dates Nov 19 2021, Mar 17 2022 and Sep 8 2022 that my doctor used for lab testing and I never got a response back. I also called several times and no response.

      This company was recommended on the princess cruise website for at home Covid testing prior to a cruise. I bought a total of five tests and was charged a total of $225. I quickly realized I never received a receipt. The tests were supposed to arrive in 5-7 Business days according to their website. Several weeks later mine did not arrive and when I reached out to the company I was told there was no record of my order. I was given another phone number to call which I did and left a message and was never returned. I was also given an email which did not work. I have a receipt for my credit card stating that I was charged $225 yet never received the Covid tests.

      Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/04/06) */ We first received notice of this complaint on 4/6/2022 via a letter that was dated on 3/29/2022. On 2/20/2022, we received a notice from our payment processor stating the charge was being disputed. After further investigation, we found that a system error prevented this order from being processed. This error has been resolved by our IT team, ensuring that this doesn't happen again. We accepted the dispute on 2/21/2022, refunding the customer in full. We strive to provide the best experience for all of our clients and customers and being made aware of issues such as this helps us refine our internal processes, allowing us to provide a better customer experience in the future.
