I ordered powdered Fenben on January 12th, **** at a cost of $87.25. The website indicated that I would receive by January 16th or 17th. I hadn't received product or shipping notice as of the 18th. As s result, I ordered the same product elsewhere. They shipped after my call to them on 18th. Owner said he never received order until 18th. I have note in my planner on 12th with promise of delivery in 2-3 days.Business response

After reviewing the information provided, this is what we have been able to gather: The order was placed on hold due to the *** Fraud Filters that have been placed around orders that have a card address that does not line up with the information the card company has on file. Your card was caught and placed on hold, and approved by our team in the order it was received. Additionally the website does not provide you with a specific time estimate for delivery due to the many factors that *** change the delivery timeline. The order was approved on the afternoon of the 18th and sent out the morning of the 19th, at which point your order tracking number was provided via email. The only inbound communication we have from you is an email received on the 22nd, where we responded promptly with the tracking information and the order was delivered the following day, in alignment with the tracking information that was provided. There was no response back from you. That being said, the order was processed in accordance with the terms of service you had to agree to before placing the order and the product was received in a timely manner. We would have been happy to work with you and explain the process had you reached out to us and could have even set up an expedited shipping option if desired. We apologize for the inconvenience this *** have caused, but did everything we could given the information that was collected when it was collected.Initial Complaint

I asked for a refund and they never gave me the money back.The package was returned to the store, and they acknowledged it and confirmed via email TWICE that they would give me the money back; however, the money was never refunded to my credit card.Business response

Hello...On March 2, 2023 I made a purchase with the Happy Healing Store I purchased Fenbendazole tablets, 500mg... At a cost of $111.00.They were shipped in a acceptable time frame and I received them.My wife's sister takes these same tablets for cancer also, and told my wife how large the tablets are after we had purchased them.After having treatment for cancer herself, my wife realized that she would not be able to swallow these tablets.Their site states they give refunds within 14 days.I contacted them before this time was up and asked for a refund, this is what I received from them..."Due to the fact that the *** has now marked fenbendazole as an Environmentally Dangerous Substance, we can no longer accept returns of any product containing this chemical."At the time of purchase, I read the Terms and Conditions AND their return policy.It stated nothing about this at that time.All I'm asking for is that they honor their return policy.Business response

We understand that the complaint was made due to the customers inability to swallow the Fenben 500 mg tablet. This customer was advised that the tablet could be chewed, crushed, or broken into quarters, by hand, at the scored locations.
According to the laws for hazardous waste provided by the Food and ************************* we are not able to accept the return of an opened bottle through the mail. The customer wanted us to provide them with a powder variation of the same product. They were advised that by crushing the product they already had, they would have the very product they wanted to replace it with. Due to their refusal to crush it, and as their demand did not seem reasonable, we did not see any recourse.
A customer is able to return the product if it has never been opened for a refund, or a different product, but once it's been opened we cannot accept it.
We have decided to make an exception this once and refund the product value, but we will not be replacing the postage. We hope this will resolve this complaint as well as clarify why we were unable to resolve it in the first place.

I purchased three products from this company 09/03/22 and the company immediately put the charge on my credit card 09/04/22. However they did not ship out the product. They tried blaming it on *** ** but I don't believe that to be true. They finally did get it shipped after numerous calls and conversations with ****** at Happy Healing. Due to the is***s with shipping and delivery ****** promised to ship the products again so I would have double of what I ordered. It has been over 10 days now and I have not gotten them. I have emailed Happy Healing almost every other day and now ****** will not return calls. I am asking for the tracking number and confirmation he sent out this second order. I am asking for this second order at no charge which was promised by him in a voice mail 09/15/22 but cannot get him to call. Please contact them to send this order and provide tracking informtion.Business response

Hello ***. I have enclosed the tracking history from ***** and the package was sent out immediately after we received the order from Wake Forest, NC on September 3. We aren’t quite sure why it disappeared from the ***** system until September 12 when it showed up in Raleigh and was scanned. Unfortunately these things are happening far too often with the high demand for shipping. Apparently you did finally receive what you ordered and I’m very sorry that you had to wait.Customer response

I purchased several bottles of a product that was supposed to help my spouse on 8/4/21. It was ****** and the cost was $267.79 and it was order number 9780. The supplement caused my husband's liver enzymes to elevate significantly after taking and didn't know it was being caused by the supplement because it was not disclosed anywhere I saw that was a potential common problem. Not knowing what was causing the elevation of enzymes, he had to first get an abdominal ultrasound that then led to an expensive MRI of his liver. We have those records for proof. We incurred high medical costs from this supplement sold by Happy Healing store. I had him stop taking the supplements during this time and extensive blood work later his labs returned to normal thankfully within 1 month and we were able to figure out it was the ****** they sold us. Over a dozen of attempts have been made to get a refund either by phone messages or the online submission. The product was all returned to the store as they said I could do. My husband only took 3 weeks of this at the 3 days on 4 days off regimen so in total took only 12 capsules. But they never sent me a return authorization as promised, so I returned it anyway since they told me they would refund my money. A manager by the name of Craig finally did call on 3/16/22 and said they would be sending a check for refund, but nothing has been received, and it is now 3/30/22. There has been no return messages from them as well. This has been going on for several months now. I felt like I had no choice but to file this complaint. I've never dealt with a supplement company that has been this unresponsive or doesn't seem to care. My husband had a severe reaction to this and all I asked was to make the return and get the refund. The sad part is I did what they said and returned all the product. They make promises only to not follow through. CONSUMER BEWARE BECAUSE THIS HAS NOT BEEN A HAPPY HEALING EXPERIENCE....JUST THE OPPOSITE.Business response

As the owner of Happy Healing, I reached out to *****. This product is sold as a research chemical and if the customer chooses to ingest it, they are responsible for researching dosages and possible side effects. Most of our customers are extremely educated on the matter. Mrs ******** husband complained of a rise in liver enzymes which is completely normal and not dangerous. We refunded her money and all was resolved.
