I have fulfilled my contract with O2 Fitness. After the expiration date (5/7/22), they continued to charge my debit card on a monthly basis without my permission. *** contacted them via telephone twice and was told that I had to cancel lane membership on line. After attempting TWICE to do this as instructed by the agents on the phone, NO ONE has contacted me to resolve the issue. I want to be contacted and my money refunded for the unauthorized charges.Business response
