On Dec 1, 2023 I used *** Store **** to send a package to ********. The package arrived at the correct facility, but was returned due to a bad address. The address was verified and confirmed correct by myself and the office manager at the store in ******. The office manager advised me to see the store owner for a refund. I attempted on several occassion to see the owner; however, I was unable catch her in the office. I did see the office manager again who eventually told me that they were filing a claim on my behalf to get the refund. In December around the middle of the month a claim was supposedly been filed. I called back to the store to follow up early Jan no response. I called again asking to speak with owner, instead I spoke the office manager again. The Office Manager called back in two days to ask had I received a check. I stated no and she proceeded to tell me she new what to do and would resend the claim. To date I still have not heard back from the local store nor received a check. The store manager cliam it should take no more than seven days for a refund and we're long past the seven days. At this point it not the money it is the principle. I paid for a service that they didn't fulfill. I am sure they wouldn't do for free so I feel I'm *********** a refund. The error was on their end and I paid another company to resend it again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
