Good morning! I’m currently at Deluxe Inn. I paid $300 for 1 week exactly, he never gave us a receipt for the room at all. As me and my husband comes into the room they assigned to us there are roaches crawling up and down the wall, and the sheets were dirty as if they aren’t washed at all. That same night as we went to bed, my husband began to itch not knowing the place had bed bugs infested inside the bed which is disgusting!! The next day or 2 a man came in and proceeded to “spray” for the roaches while we were inside the room!! The spraying should’ve been done WAYY before we even got into the room. The bathroom smells like complete mold when we leave the door closed and the smell is horrible! Me and my husband constantly calls up there to check and see if we can get another room and we can’t they are rude and isn’t organized. I didn’t know who else I could contact. Honestly, I wanted my refund back of $300 to be exact for this whole 1 week! The whole time me and my husband been here we've been getting bit up and I'm currently pregnant, certain bugs breaks my skin out and its horrible. I only stayed here because I was homeless and had nowhere else to go and that is why i'm currently still here at Deluxe Inn.
