I rented furniture from Bestway rent to own not long after I started renting it. It turned into c*** The furniture is junk. Theyre trying to find me other furniture mean while they were trying to find me other furniture. I had to have a $40 deposit plus tax. And fees to order other stuff when they went to get the stuff that they said was good they found out it was cigarette burned. It was trash. It was broken in the back everything else so I asked them to order me brand new stuff. I kept getting the runaround with that furniture saying it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get a new piece of furniture. Meanwhile, I had a piece of c*** Next thing is I found out that I have stage four pancreatic cancer and that I had 10 months left so I called them and told him to return the furniture because I dont want junk And that I was gonna leave to ******* to see my family for the last time I needed them to pick the furniture up on April 7. They didnt show up April 8. They didnt show up April 9. They didnt show up even though they said they were coming, I went to ******* came back , they were supposed to show up on the 17th didnt show up 18th didnt show up didnt come till the 23rd then I asked for my $40 back which they told me I would get after they got their furniture back and they said they would put it on the card That I paid for it on then Im told that Im being paid back in cash and I cant drive to ************* to pick up the money so ***** told me that my money would be driven up to me the next morning I said just put it back on my credit card they refuse to do it so my $40 plus tax and fees and they refused to give me my money back unless I drive all the way to ************* and I am on chemo. I cant drive and its really far away. They have committed wire fraud by taking my money and refusing to put it back on my card , I need my money backCustomer response

I entered into a rent to own agreement with the agency for a 75 inch samsung tv, the company's website states clearly that for whatever reason if it needed to be serviced or repaired it would be done, I also had insurance on the item, I was at work when the issue occurred, I called not having ever made a claim before, since I've been a member since 2013. I was met with hassle unwillingness to provide customer support, a rep who was highly rude and disrespectful, I had to provide the leg work since the location in question refused to do their part. I contacted them and was met with disarray, I contacted the insurance department spoke to a individual there named Elise who told me the steps, provided bestway the photos per protocol and was denied, later to find out it was a error on the claims department, I was assured a replacement as I was current on my account when I filed, bestway continued to charge and refused to pick up the broken item and refused to replace the item. I waited weeks for a response, ended up having to talk to Martin Gayle the regional manager on 2 different occasions to get the claim corrected, claims department said it was finalizing the claim for a replacement, bestway never returned my calls or attempted to reconcile the issue, blemished my credit report stating it was charged off and added a remark to my report even though they were at fault.
