Today on 7/26/23, my partner called up to R and R to make an appointment and asked to speak with ****, the guy who constantly is working with him and his vehicle. The man over the phone was very rude, said he "kept nagging" so I told my partner to hang up. I called them back moments later and the man on the phone told me "sounds like an AC compressor about **** bucks" and basically sounded like he just wanted me off the phone. I asked if he could at least take a look at it and I never got an answer from him. He also, while on the phone with my partner, asked for his information so he could splatter it all over ********* This guy is extremely rude and un professional. We all have issues going on, but if this does not get corrected, I will be taking it to court. This would be the third time this thermostat (or related issue) went out after they repaired it. I want this jeep fixed, as the thermostat should be covered under warranty. If there is any retaliation, I will bring this to court. No professional, being one myself, will and should talk to anyone in that manner. We are all human, but no attempt to even resolve the situation was had. This needs to be put in check. My partner needs his vehicle for his work and trusted R and R, but because of extremely childish behavior and poor attitude (I believe from the owner) after this gets resolved we are taking our business elsewhere to a more professional setting. If further evidence is needed, I can pull the amount for the thermostat. If a business is to run smoothly, the manager better be the one to run it smooth.Business response
