I worked with ***’s auto repair to fix my windows. They were not rolling up and down electronically and the back driver side window was falling down. I also had them look into anything that would drag down my battery down and put a new battery in my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle May 3, 2024 between the hours of, 9 AM and 11 AM. I paid the amount of $1052.87 for the repairs. I left that same day to go out of state for my sister‘s surprise birthday party. Upon my return, I got into my 2009 Hyundai Sonata and went to roll the windows down and realize that the back driver side window had the buttons flipped, for example, normally I have to press down on the window button for the window down and pull up for it to roll up. It happened backwards so in order for the window in the back driver side to go up, you had to press the button down if you wanted to roll up and you had to pull up button if you wanted it to roll down, I called shows on three separate occasions to meet him and asked that this could be fixed. I had no return call. The fourth time that I called in hopes to speak with *** to get the window fixed, the message stated that the business was closed. There was no voicemail left for me on my phone to know they were closing, and there was nothing on their voicemail prior to this day that had already closed the business was closing. I was not aware of this when I paid for my vehicle either. I have called several numbers that were listed for this business to see what I should do as the problem has now progressed and what he fixed May 3 of 2024 now on July 4 of 2024 no longer works.Customer response

The owner actually just called and we got everything figured out. The issues were out of his hand.
