Very disappointed with the entire process. The staff does whatever it takes to get you off the phone. ZERO resolution or care about a real issue. This company is royally fucking me over and over. And my contact with the company doesn't even respond any more. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Biggest mistake was trying to trust this company.Amur Equipment Finance, Inc. Response

Hi Jason,
In review of your contract, Amur has worked with you and your vendor directly to get the sales tax issue and MSO information updated and resubmitted to the DMV for processing. As we discussed this error was due to an insurance calculation which we have corrected and an error on the MSO that the vendor has since fixed. All documents have been resubmitted to the DMV as they required and should be ready to process. Each connection with our customer is valued and should never be rushed or pushed through until we can understand the full need of the customer. Do not conduct business with this company!!!!!!! This is a warning. They have ripped me and my family off with their "undisclosed" fees. We have failed to get in touch with someone to give us a breakdown of the fees. No one has successfully given us the breakdown. We owe an extra $30,000 without any breakdown. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Do not allow any brokerage to broker a loan with them. If I could give them zero stars I would.Amur Equipment Finance, Inc. Response

As you may know, rates can be subject to the applicant’s credit score; the lower the score, the higher the risk for the company to provide them with financing. The payment structure of your agreement is clearly written on the front of your contract and at anytime questions will be answered prior to signing. On June 2024 a loan was approved to our company to purchase a truck for our landscape company. 2 weeks after the approval Amur never finish the transaction of the purchase of the truck, the dealer never received neither a PO or the money for the purchase. After 2 weeks of back forth with Amur, the dealership about to sell the truck to another customer. I had to cancel the transaction with Amur in order not to loose the truck. On June 21,2024 Amur debited from our banking account $295.00. I sent emails to the person that was handling the documentation at Amur about the $295.00, I also called Amur and never received any communication back the customer service team does not provide the full name as company policy. I would like to know what are those $295.00 and I want that money to be returned.Amur Equipment Finance, Inc. Response

Hello Manuel, Thank for letting us know that you had service that didn't hold up to your standards. In review, we found that your contract went through First Citizens Bancshares, Inc and was approved. Your contract was presented to you and you had signed the contract agreement. In which, triggered the $295.00 documentation fee to be pulled. However proof of insurance was not provided and this is a requirement to have the funds released to your vendor. On June 25, 2024, we received notification from First Citizens Bancshares, that this deal had died since you were wanting quicker funding and you didn't want to provide proof of insurance. Since the documentation was provided, and the contract was signed, $295.00 Documentation fee is non-refundable as we fulfilled our obligation to prepare your financing documents. Any additional information can be obtained by calling our office directly at 800-994-0016 or your broker at First Citizens Banchshares.

Why cant you give zero stars? This is the worst financing company that I have ever dealt with in my life. They were recommended by Bidadoo a auction company so I decided to give them a shot. This was the worst mistake ever. Not only do they have hidden clauses in the agreement you cant pay off any earlier than 12 months and they have already sucked the blood of you by then. Correspondence is awful. The billing is awful, I believe its such a bad portal to pay on so that you will potentially miss a payment and then not be eligible for the early payoff.. I made a huge mistake financing a piece of equipment with Amur. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not use this company for anything.....Amur Equipment Finance, Inc. Response

Hello Mary, Following an investigation into your recent review, it has been determined that the confiscation of your collateral stemmed from a discontinuation of services between you and BMC. This led to a breach of your drivers contract and lease agreement. In light of this service discontinuation, BMC provided you with the opportunity to retain the collateral by securing your own financing within 30 days of the separation. Unfortunately, this requirement was not met, prompting BMC to exercise their right under the lease agreement and to take possession of the collateral.Review from Kristine B

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Worst company to deal with. I fell on hard times and asked if I could take a month off and add it to the end of my lease. Absolutely, did nothing to accommodate. They rip you off with outrageous finance charges and interest and are willing to do nothing. Today I asked if I could see a report with all of my payments because you can’t see that online in your own account and they wanted me to pay for it. Don’t use this company.
