We wanted to get a new mattress for our bed. We decided to stop at ComfortMade Mattress by Pet Smart on North 27th. I have to say we are very impressed! This is an owner operated business. It was clean ,organized and welcoming. We actually worked with one of the owners and explained what we were looking for he was kind and gave us information on what we asked about. He was not pushy and let us take our time. We did order just a mattress on 3/15/24 and were given a delivery date of3/18/24. They called to confirm delivery,the other owner and another employee delivered the mattress. Both were professional,careful and kind. I had them check out our foundation to make sure it was still in good shape. The owner said that it was fine and gave me a few tips to get the best comfort for our bed. Absolutely no pressure to replace our old foundation! I called and let my husband know that the mattress was delivered and what was said about our foundation. At 12:54 my husband called back and said that they would be back sometime this afternoon with a new foundation. They called at 2:16 and said they could bring it about 15 minutes. They brought it and took both our old foundation and mattress and plastic wrapping! One of the best spur of the moment decisions we have made in a while. At this time I cannot say enough about ComfortMade Mattress they were Awesome from beginning to end and will recommend them to anyone! Helen

Jesse was informative and not high pressure at all. We purchased our mattress on a Sunday afternoon and he and a helper delivered it on Wednesday of the same week! They carried the new mattress upstairs and set the bed up. Because our old mattress still had some life to it we decided to keep it but had them take an older mattress from a basement bedroom. They even offered to carry our mattress to the basement for us! Customer service is top notch at Comfort Made Mattress! We're still adjusting to our new mattress (day 2) but I think we're going to love it too. Thanks, Jesse & crew!
