Worked with ***** ***** who was absolutely the best. He responded to my every question and then some. The crew did a beautiful job. They found more work that needed to be done, contacted our insurance and got it approved. Actually did all of the work while we were on vacation.Review from Tami M

Mr Andrew P*** was in constant contact with us throughout our entire process. Kept us well informed on what was being done and times that it would be done with plenty time for us to make any necessary arrangements to ensure quick and successful completion of our repairs. This has been challenging for us as we are an older couple, not to computer savvy and are not in the Grain Valley area (out of state). But, Mr. M***** "Ernie" of Apple Roofing was and has helped us through a long process. Dealing with all the insurance matters, claims, requests, forms e-mails. Well just "Everything"! Ernie M***** with Apple Roofing was one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with. Having hail damage and needing a roof can be very stressful. I knew from the moment he arrived and began the estimate that he would be getting our business. Yes, I had other companies out & attitude goes a long way.
