They are total scam and I need to get my money back since I dont get any service that they promised. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the software came with a host of promises, particularly around its report generating capabilities, it significantly underdelivered on these fronts. Here are the key issues I encountered: Report Generation One of the primary reasons I chose buildertrend was its advertised prowess in generating detailed, customizable reports. However, the reality was quite different: • Inaccurate Data: The reports often contained discrepancies, making it hard to trust the data presented especially on the leads created vs sold • Limited Customization: Despite claims of highly customizable reports, the actual options were quite limited and rigid and with additional costs per customization • Slow Performance: Generating even a simple report took an inordinate amount of time, hampering productivity as to BTBI where there reporting is generated • User Interface Issues: The interface for report generation was not user-friendly, and navigating through the options was a cumbersome process. Cost The cost of buildertrend is another significant downside. Given the premium pricing, I expected a top-tier product that would enhance our workflow and deliver on its promises. Instead: • Poor Value for Money: The software's performance does not justify its high cost. There are more affordable options on the market that deliver better results. • Hidden Fees: Additional costs were required for features that were not included in the base package, which felt like a constant upsell. • Expensive Support: Access to customer support came at a premium, and even then, the quality of support was subpar and slow to respond. Conclusion Overall, my experience with buildertrend was quite disappointing. The software's report generating capabilities were far below expectations, and the high cost did not match the value delivered.Business response

In order for any contract to be enforceable, there must be a meeting of the minds between the parties involved. Both parties are obligated to perform and deliver their respective duties under the contract. In this case, we have fulfilled our obligation by paying BT for a full year's service. However, we have not received the service as agreed upon.
We aim to resolve this matter amicably for both parties. It is unjust for BT to refuse a refund when we have only navigated the main software and have not been able to utilize BT Live due to complexities that the company could not resolve for three months. Furthermore, we did not use the add-on software at all.
We attempted to create a report using your system, but it was unable to perform this function. We subscribed to the additional software on May 9 and expressed our intent to cancel by May 21. It is unfair for BT to withhold a refund when no services were rendered.Business response

This company will not stop calling me and trying to get me to listen to some 20 minute pitch of their product. I originally agreed then backed out and after repeatedly telling them I'm no longer interested and to remove my number from their list they continue to call and email me. this is now harassmentBusiness response

We have been paying $*** a month for a subscription to BuilderTrend for several years. Our November credit card bill showed a charge of $*** which is a **% price increase. The company said that they had sent an email on 11/09/2022 (which we didn't receive) and the charge was on 11/10/2022. Since then I cancelled our subscription and the sales rep emailed me stating that they would continue our subscription for $*** a month. Needless to say I don't do business with them anymore.Business response

After being contacted by "Buildertrend Solutions" and looking at their program through a trial period, I affirmatively declined to sign up for their service. Since that time, I have received sales calls over and over and over( sometimes multiple calls per week). I have repeatedly asked to be taken off any and all contact/call list. Their "sales" people are aggressive in their persistence, and will take "NO!" for an answer. This has become not only annoying, but I now consider these "sales" calls harassment. I do not ever want to be called, emailed, or contacted by "Buildertrend Solutions" again (with the exception of one(1) email confirming they will not contact me again).Business response

Repeated calls attempting to sell me there whatever. I did not ask or request these pointless sales attempts. When I asked to be taken off their list they refused. After this I will be filing a complaint at attorney general's office.Business response

This company will not respect boundaries. No matter how many times I request them to stop calling me, they do it anyway. I've blocked several of their numbers but they manage to create another one to cal me from. I want them to stop permanently. I never want anything to do with them or their services. I do not want another call from them. The constant harassment is disrespectful and unprofessional .Business response

Buildertrend WILL NOT STOP HARRASSING & CALLING MEOVER & OVER -I have repeatedly informed them ALL of my numbers are on the do not call list, that I do not want anything to do with their company, and to STOP CALLING ME!!!...
