On Feb. 17th I called Edible Arrangements to order a cake for my sister in-laws birthday. I chose a cake and paid over the phone using my debit card. I was assured by the employee who took the order that it would be delivered Feb.20th by 12:00 pm. The delivery address and name of the recipient were provided. On Monday Feb.20th I received a text stating that the item I ordered was no longer available as it was sold over the weekend. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he asked what I wanted him to do for me. After much discussion an alternate item was selected that was nothing close to the item I had originally purchased. He also stated he would reimburse my account for the full price of the cake and the delivery fee which was $***** and delivery was like $*****. I was told this would be done immediately and 12 days later I still have not received my reimbursement. I have also left 4 messages in this time frame with the corporate office and they have not responded to any of my calls. I am seeking full reimbursement from this company as promised.Initial Complaint

- (x) Cody-told me the would make it up. There is no way can youyou ever - (x) I ordered these on 1 February. I did that so I would have ample time. - (x) Ordered seven of these. More than $*** on garbage. I ordered seven of the dozen covered strawberries with the sprinkles and stuff on them. What I got were all spoiled strawberries with melted chocolate on them. - (x) These strawberries look like ****. They were literally spoiled. I ** * **** *** know what chocolate strawberries look like. - (x) The strawberries are have enclosed these pictures. I am so disappointed. - (x) I ordered these for my grandchildren. I am too embarrassed to even show them. I have owned my own business. I would have been been embarrassed to put my name this ****. I am embarrassed for you. - (x) We have been waiting all day for this. I've been promising her a surprise. Theres is no way I'm gonna let her see this ****. We talked with the customer and apologize for the inconvenience and resolved the issue by providing the same box and also added another platter to make the customer happy , and she also responded positively by posting a five start ****** review, attached is the screen shot and removed the customer name as mentioned in the letter.
