      The worst eye care providers. They are continue to call and text me stating I have a bill of $10.00 from 5 month ago, which has been paid since the date of service. I have attempted to call and waiting time (with the loudest music) in currently 18 minutes and still no one answered. I called the main line and it was 8 minutes before someone answered and told me she was having an okay Each month they assure me they "forgot" to process the the payment to stop the statement. Sierra who answered the phone literally answered by saying "hello" no company name, nothing. I thought I had the wrong number, I asked if this we Midwest Eye Care she said "yes", I asked how she was doing she said "fine". She then refused to transfer me to an office manager and transferred me to Sharee in billing who told me there was not a balance on the account, when I aske to speak to a manager she transferred me to a fax machine, which then disconnected. Their providers are not worth seeing because of the office staff you have to encounter. I couldn't imagine anyone elderly trying to get help!!!

      Upon reviewing the details provided in the complaint, it appears there was an overlap in communication and service delivery on our part. Our billing manager spoke to the patient to explain the overlap and apologize for the wait time on the phone. We acknowledge that the patient has raised valid concerns regarding billing issues, difficulty reaching our office, and unprofessional conduct from our staff members. Please be assured that we are taking immediate steps to address these issues and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
