I would have to agree with all the reviews I see below. Not sure if there are other reviews or not, but I've been in Telecommunications for almost 40yrs, and this was by far the worst company I have ever worked with. After signing a 3yr contract with them prior to the pandemic, the pandemic hit, our conferencing requirements went up dramatically, so we expected an increase in usage, but the increase did not match the billing. The billing was well over double what we expected, and they used some very vague comment in the contract language to justify their increase. Needless to say, we spent ~$1M to get out of the contract rather than do business with a very unethical and difficult vendor. Never would I recommend or use Intrado (Or WEST, since they changed their name, wonder why??) ever again!Review from Alicia V

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst and most unethical company I have ever worked with. It is impossible to find someone to communicate with, people are constantly leaving and the company has changed names multiple times in our contract. We asked them to update our contract and faxed the updated contract but they claimed they never received it and continued charging us a monthly fee for services that should have been included in our contract. Now, they are trying to increase our admin fee from $19.99 to $89.99 without our consent. I had to contact someone asking why there was an increase and they said they would allow us to pay $29.99 - NOT our original admin. However, they refuse to let us cancel our contract without paying for the rest of the term. We utilize the phone tree aspect and when we try to send in recordings to the company to update, they take almost 2 weeks to get it completed. Everything about this company is chaos. I cannot say one good comment about this company because the last 36 months of our contract have been absolutely horrible. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
