he came in April to put in walk in shower,with sliding doors and grab bars and seat,,he hurried to get the job done in one day but did not "pack the floor' so it wouldn't make noise stepping in and out of the shower,,(cracking & creaking noise),,and then never came back to put in the sliding doors..We've contacted him many times to come finish the job,,and he makes excuses,if he bothers at all,,it's now July. and nothing from him yet ...We are elderly folk in our 70's that's why we wanted the walk in shower & seat and doors...what can you do for us?? send him a message??Initial Complaint

I called *************** of JP Plumbing ****************************************************. **** came over around 12/6 or 12/7 to look at the situation. He told me it would cost $600 to take care of the leak under the ***** home. I gave him a check for $600 check #*** and asked for an invoice which I never got. I noticed the next day after the repair that the entrance door was broken in half and put back that way. I have called him several times to fix it. Texting, leaving messages and talking to him up to this very day 2/8/2024. I left another messages, he also installed a sink which he quoted $250 and sent me a bill for $300.00/no explanation on 12/22 check #***. I have given him far more than the benefit of doubt. I want the door replaced or paying me parts+labor in the price of $300. What else can I do. I am 86 years and I feel that must be how he treats senior citizens. *********************
