I returned an item for a refund on 12/12/2021. I have an email stating refund, but it was never processed or returned to my credit card. I have called and left several voice-mails, and spoke to an employee who stated they would call back in 30 minutes, which never happened. No one is ever available by telephone and emails are not returned. What g 10 days for a response is not acceptable, and failure to return my $60 is not acceptable either.Business response
