On Monday Aug, 14, 2020 I got this letter in my mail wanting to buy my property. I need your help to stop this type of solicitation. I find this unbelieveable that there is also this supposed contract to go along with it. If this were to fall into the wrong hands and someone sign my name what could happen? This is fraud and I want it to stop. Here I am 64 years old and every day I find someone trying to steal from me.Business response

Property ownership information is typically a matter of public record, and this is how we obtained your property details. Our process is designed to protect your interests. Your signature on the Purchase Agreement alone does not complete a sale. The agreement is just the first step in a thorough due diligence process.
