From being ignored by the sales team, to being passed around by the service department, this place has been a nightmare to work with since day one. The employees here actively lie and ignore you to avoid dealing with whatever you need help with. Not to mention that these people have somehow managed to keep their jobs since Ive been dealing with them. I have tried multiple times to be civil and respectful but have been met with nothing but unhelpfulness and attitude. Even reaching out to jeep headquarters has done nothing for me. Avoid this dealership like the plague.

We started the buying process with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Claremont (CDJR) on May 14, 2022. This was a 5-month journey (when promised as 2 -3 months) of stress, lack of responsiveness, lack of foresight and lack of professionalism on the part of their salesperson. Read about the pain of our Journey so you can avoid buying a vehicle from CDJR of Claremont, and having to endure the same fate: Lack of Responsiveness: Any time we reached out to the salesperson, it took 2 weeks for a response Lack of foresight: We ordered the tow package but sadly the salesperson didn’t have the foresight to tell us it came without a hitch receiver. We had to wait another 2 weeks to get the hitch receiver and wiring ordered, delivered, and installed. Electrical Issue: The Jeep was delivered to the dealership on 10/6 – and sat for 2 weeks. The salesperson didn’t have the foresight to have the Jeep inspected on arrival, so during the receiver installation on 10/14, they discovered an electrical issue with the liftgate, which led to additional delays. Lack of Professionalism: Below is the salesperson’s response after we gave them a 1 out of 10 on the new car purchase experience survey. This is verbatim, I promise, we made no changes to this paragraph! “When you return to the area, do not reach out to us for service or any issues actually - which apparently you have many issues with us. I have already cleared this with my manager. We are good enough for our customers who appreciate us, who recognize the effort we put in. We are good enough for our customers who know we are a TOTAL sales staff of 4 people and try our best. We might not be good enough for you, but at this rate, we don't want to be.” While we love our new Jeep, this was the worst buying experience ever. I realize with supply chain issues buying a car is different, but 5 months when promised as 2 – 3 months? Our advice is to avoid Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Claremont, or get ready for an unhappy buying experience.

This was our second time buying a Jeep from CDJR and I wouldn’t pick anywhere else! Our situation was not easy and everyone that I worked with had my best interest in mind!! I highly recommend this dealership. The jeeps we have purchased have always been lower priced then anywhere else!!
