I went into this restaurant on 4/2 with 4 other people. Not only was the experience below standard, I ended up with food poisoning. During the visit, our server "Adrianne" rarely checked on us and we had to look for her several times. We'd also made her aware twice about hair in a stuffed pork chop entree ordered but she made excuses and did nothing to resolve the matter. She didn't even credit the bill for the item. Overall, a horrible experience. Very disappointed. Nobody from management came to the table to address any of the problems or make it right.

      Business response

Hello, my name is Janelle W**** and I am the manager at OTC. After speaking to George, the owner, regarding this complaint it was brought to my attention that Adrienne spoke to the woman directly regarding what was found in her food. We offered to make her another food item, bring something home and she denied all offers. Upon trying to resolve the issue, the customer then left the "hair" on a napkin and told the server that was her tip. Our kitchen staff wear hats/hair nets. Regarding food poisoning, was the person involved seen by a doctor? We take our food and kitchen guidelines very seriously and always strive to abide by all safety and hygiene procedures.

      Customer response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Completely incorrect information is being presented by their response. And yes I was seen by a doctor and food poisoning was confirmed. No manager came to the table whatsoever to address the issue. We did request the item be taken off the bill but that request was denied. Also, the restaurant has a strict 90 minute rule for eating in the restaurant and there wasn't time to wait for another item to be made. The customer did not refuse all offers. Restaurant refused to credit cake the item.
