On 14 January 2022, I attempted to purchase a Cord of firewood from North Atlantic Firewood (***-***-****). North Atlantic Firewood explained that the delivery would take one week to 10 days. However, North Atlantic Firewood immediately charged my credit card $475 for the purchase. At the end of two weeks, I called North Atlantic Firewood again trying to find out information regarding the delivery. Putting the rude tone of the representative aside, North Atlantic Firewood said the delivery would take an additional two weeks to accomplish. The North Atlantic Firewood representative offered me a full refund; I accepted the refund offer and the representative said the refund would be processed immediately. An additional two weeks have passed *** no refund has been processed. I have taken action through my bank to have the credit card charge over-turned. No firewood was ever delivered. North Atlantic Fuels just stole my money while also causing me hassle in trying to get it back.
