I was looking around for a drive up storage unit to rent. I looked at Bluebird because they had good rates. I filled out all the information because I was going to rent it. But then I noticed it wasn't a drive up storage unit. They didn't have any available at the time. So I did not hit authorize or submit. I clicked out of that website.. The website charged me anyway. Now I am just looking for my money back. I never signed anything nor did I get an agreement contract of any sort so not sure why their website would charge me and not send me any contract information. Never even received an email confirmation which I thought was weird. Only reason I know they charged me was because I looked at my credit card statement and seen a charge from bluebird. I just need my money back. And a phone call before they send me my money back because I have blocked the card from being charged anything from anyone.Business response

We had received notification that ******* ******, attempted to rented online to which her credit card was charged. When she contacted our Store to say she did not rent online that she never submitted the information she requested to be refunded. With in 24 hours we refunded ******* ****** in full for the amount. We also reached out to ******* ****** to confirm she received the refund.Customer response

i called, trying to make my payment and ask some questions regarding my storage unit, the 1st time, a lady answered and had major attitude and told me to call back in 30 minutes because it takes her 30 minutes to get settled in and get things running, my professional experience, from being in military, and working other jobs, things should be already up and running when the doors open. But i called back 40 minutes later, she recognized my number since i'm out of state and didn't answer the phone, mind you, if i don't pay, they get rid of my irreplaceable items.Business response

I am so sorry that you had bad experience with our CSA. I'm not sure if you called before our office was open . Our office is staffed every day from 9:00 Am to closing.
