I ORDERED A BARREL FROM THEM 49.99 THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY ACE HARDWARE BECOUSE OUT OF STOCK THEY NEVER PUT MONEY BACK IN MY BANK I HAVE TRIED FOR 4 MONTHS WITH NO LUCK I HAVE TALK TO MY BANK THEY SAID MONEY WAS NEVER RETURNED THE RUN AROUND IS ENOUGH PLEASE HELP ME WITH THISBusiness response

I contacted ACE Hardware about this incident. I found out that the customer ordered the item on acehardware.com on June 27. The item was supposed to be shipped to *** ****** ** ****** NH. I found out that when the order was placed, a hold was put on the card for $49.99. The same day it was discovered that the trash can was not in stock and the $49.99 hold was taken off and the customers card was never charged. The order number from acehardware.com is *****500. I called the customer on 10/06/22 and had to leave a message. I offered to get her the trash can which is now in stock in the warehouse for no charge. I have not heard back from the customer yet.
