On December 3rd, I brought my car in to get the tires replaced. The tech working on my car broke a TPMS sensor and didn't notice the resulting leak. I had to bring my car back on December 9th to have this fixed. I was told by the service advisor that the TPMS was a "failed part" and didn't have anything to do with my tires being replaced. I find it highly unlikely that this part failed immediately after bringing my car in for service.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/01/19) */ although the customer's concern is valid the valve stem was leaking a week after we put tires on they then used an air compressor that put water into the tire that ruined the sensor. we covered the labor for the repair removing the water from the tire and programming the sensor, we will however reimburse him as a good will for the $61.00 sensor Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/01/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
