Date: 10/24/2023 Amount: $120.65 for a service + $500 treatment expenses Service: eyelashes extensions fill. The employee of the salon, Stephanie, performed the eyelashes fill where she poked my right eye several times that caused certain damaged that impacted my vision and overall vision condition. I was admitted to the **** *** *** *** ** Department for a further evaluation and treatment. Since then, my vision is impacted in a negative way. I have to use eyedrops and cannot perform my work, where my vision is crucial. I will be able to request my health records from the ER Department as a prove of damage performed by the salon.Business response

We have no record of this guest ever bringing to our attention any adverse reaction to the service she received. In fact she recently booked another appointment for the same service on 12/6/23. We were unable to offer her the service because she had no-showed for a prior appointment which resulted in a "missed appointment" fee of $106 which she refused to pay. When we brought to her attention that she needed to pay for the missed appointment before receiving another service from us, she became angry. It seems that this is what made her decide to file this complaint.
