  I have told this gym that I no longer can be a member more then once they informed me that they froze my account for 3 months when k told them need to cancel due to health reasons and not in the state she told me to either come in which wasn’t possible due to being in different state or to write a letter which I did. But I keep getting charged the full amount of $54 dollars. My membership was supose to be frozen for 9 dollars

  After reviewing ********* ****'s file I have submitted her membership agreement stating the rules and regulations.  ********* was also explained the cancelation policy again through sms messages and was told while she was frozen that if she wanted to cancel she would have to send a letter via mail or come in person.  We received **********s letter of cancellation stamped September 30th and can send in a picture of that for confirmation as well. When giving your 30 day notice of cancellation there is one last draft payment which was her $54 payment taken out October 1st.  This is all again stated in her signed membership agreement.  This is sad that someone tries to ruin a reputable business all because they do not want to follow the rules and or obligations signed by them!

  I am so sorry to see this!! 

  We have explained the cancellation process that is also in the signed membership agreement stating that a 30 day notice of cancellation can be given in person or via mail. 

  We received the letter of cancellation stamped by the U.S. Postal service September 30th 2023.  We will be sending in an attachment of the U.S Postal stamped envelope.

  There is one last draft payment when giving your 30 day cancellation which was the $54 fee on October 1st 2023.  You have not been being charged $54 since the membership was frozen prior to asking to cancel.  This last $54 fee was the only $54 you have been charged because it was the cancellation fee.  This had been explained and agreed upon when signing the membership agreement as well as in conversations had by both parties.
