We purchased 2 sets of tickets: 2 adults ski lessons w/ rentals totaling 204.02 & 4 kids ski lessons totaling 267.90 When we arrived at the mountain 90 minutes early. They were unable to pull up our reservations in their system. It took multiple people more than 20 minutes to locate our reservation. Once they did, they informed us that we accidentally purchased kids tickets that did not include equipment so they added that totaling 156.62. We were then directed to the equipment tent to get our skis. We arrived to get our gear about 45 minutes before the lesson started. He said it would take a couple minutes to get all of our stuff together. Even the adult gear which was purchased correctly wasn’t ready for us. The man at the tent must have asked our name at least 8 times. After taking our names he would take other people’s names and complete their orders before asking our names again. We finally had all our gear at 1125. We showed up to the ski instructor tent at 1140. We weren’t sure who to see, but the woman who ended up helping us was staring at us through the window for about 5 minutes. She came out and very smugly informed us that we couldn't participate as they only allow a “5 minute grace period”. As a consumer, I have to give 60-90 minutes in advance but they allow a 5 minute grace period when we were there with time to spare if everything were running smoothly. When we were assured multiple times that our group of six could not participate in the lesson, we went inside to speak with a manager. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come. When she did the women at the desk informed her that there was a problem locating us in the system. She didn’t take anything into consideration and kept informing us that they do not do refunds. When we arrived back at the hotel, we called the GM of the ski area and he asked us to put all of this information in an email which we did on 2/23 at 1215. He now is not responding to our emails or phone calls.
