I ordered a lasagna pizza on December 6th at 705 pm online. I called and canceled it because I got busyer then normal and my break wasn't going to line up in time to pick the pizza up so I called and canceled. They told me that was fine they haven't even started to make it. Long story short I've called 4 times to get them to refund the 18.45 and everytime they told me yeH no problem we just did it should be on your card any day. So these 4 calls were spaced out because I wS giving them the benefit of the doubt. I wonder how many people this happens to and they just let it go because it's not much money. Any how I. Not sure what else to do other then letting it go because at this point talking to them is a waste of time. The very last time I called I was told I was going to get a call from the manager and I never received anything.Business response

The pizza was ordered and prepared. ****** called and a manager on duty went through and did the refund as we always do.
On her last phone call in January, one of the store employees took the information and I went to refund it to find out it was already refunded through our POS system but it was an order that came through STOREFRONT which is through *********
I then called ******** and they told me the customer would have to reach out if they wanted it refunded due to the amount of time that has surpassed.
I did not have ******** phone number so I could not reach out but this complaint gave me the phone number so I reached out to her today to let her know.
I also offered a refund direct to her card if she wanted to call with a credit card number to place the refund but since I did not directly receive the money, I do not have the ability to refund the card. Only ******** can do that.
I also did not know it was ****** ****** since the order was placed for ****** A. So I'm happy to help as I always do for all customers who have any issues with their orders, even though in this case it was not an order issue at all and we made the pizza and have tried to eat the cost of it despite the lack of understanding currently.
I am sorry for ******** frustration and hope she will contact ******** and if any further issues contact me directly 603-305-9189.
