      $500 deposit place to hold a car on June 21. Cancelled about two days later and asked for refund. After foot more calls, no refund made as of July 17, 2024.

      Purchased a car from Lovering Volvo in Nashua on 8/21/23. Went to go have the car inspected a few days later and was told that the car wasn't registered. Found out a few days later that they never had the title for the car they sold me and needed to order a duplicate title which would take 2-3 weeks. In the meantime they gave me a loaner car to use. It's been over 6 weeks and I still don't have the duplicate title. I have been told that 3 different states are working on getting the title sent and that there is no timeframe for resolution. I have asked to have this escalated as I am making payments on insurance and loan payments on a car not in my possession and was told it can't be escalated. I have contacted Volvo headquarters to see if they are able to escalate.

      Thank you for providing feedback regarding your purchase. We are aware of the title/registration issue regarding your purchase. As you know, the title was misplaced while in our possession. We filed for a duplicate with the state of origin, which gave us an estimate of 45 days to process. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to expedite the processing of that application. We are eagerly awaiting the replacement to arrive so we can complete your transaction. As discussed, we are providing you with a vehicle to use at no cost. Any loan payments and insurance payments incurred during the waiting period (for title replacement) will be reimbursed to you to compensate for the delay. Additionally, we have offered to cancel the transaction due to the delay, which you declined. If this is something you'd like to revisit please let me know. If not, we wil complete your registration as soon as the title arrives and deliver the vehicle to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this process. I can be reached directly in my office at ************ if you'd like to discuss further.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]

      If you’re aware of the entire timeline of my purchase you would know that I wasnt told until 4 days after I purchased the car that there was a missing title when either the salesman or business manager knew the day I purchased the car that there wasn’t one in the building. I  tried to have the car inspected and called to find out why the car wasn’t registered 3 days after the purchase and was told the registry was backed up. I was told that a second key fob was ordered the day the duplicate title was ordered and come to find out it wasn’t. I was told 3 different states over the course of the past 7 weeks we’re working on the title and the original time frame I was given was 2-3 weeks. The list goes on and on how inconvenienced I’ve been with little to no communication unless I reach out. If rates hadn’t gone up and you didn’t take my car that I traded in I would’ve backed out a while ago but at this point I am stuck waiting it out.
