Had my hair colored. Worse color I have ever received. She first made a mistake on hair and after 5 hours left. The color was not what I asked for and was orange. called to have it fixed before heading back to school. They never called me back. I had to pay someone to fix it again. It ended up costing me 500.00 in total. they knew I was going back to school and made zero effort to fix it. Then the owner was nothing but rude to me and my mom on the phone. I have never had such bad service or a bad hair coloring in my life!!! They could have done right and fixed it.Business response

Again we are sorry you were not satisfied with your service. You had come in originally for a 5:30pm appointment asking for a warm buttery blonde with a root smudge. Our stylist gave you just that. I have other staff that was in the salon along with our video footage that could confirm that. After you told her you were not satisfied with the end result because you felt you were too yellow for a buttery blonde and your roots were too dark. Our stylist redid your consultation and re-highlighted you and stayed at the salon with you until well over midnight to try to make you happy. She did not charge you any extra for the over $300 in additional services that she performed on you to get you to the color that you were trying to get to. I did speak to you the next day and offered you some complementary products to try to rectify the situation since we had already attempted to "fix" your hair and you were still not satisfied. Your mom had called and was very disrespectful to my staff and at that point I could not let this go any further, and asked for us to cut ties since it seemed that no matter what we offered to rectify the situation it would not make a difference in your eyes. Again, I apologize that you were not satisfied with what you had asked for.
