Louise needed new dentures, I decided to pay for them. The price $3,590.00 I was told, after the last payment, a refund of $86.00Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/20) */ Good evening, The office has made many attempts to explain the charges to the patient and **. In addition to personal phone calls by the manager and myself, we also sent letters to the patient including the breakdown of charges and written financial agreement that ** signed. The patient still owes the practice $60 as PPE fees. We are at a loss of words to assist the patient and **. **so, we do not have HIPPA authorization from ****** to discuss any of her account/ treatment details with **. Again letter was sent to her home address so she could give us this authorization. At this point the patient owes the practice $60. We strive for an outstanding reputation and quality service and are willing to take the loss of not collecting $60 from the patient. However, if a refund is what the patient seeks, then it is not only unfair but also undermines our fair business practices. Please advice. Thank you DrR****
